Our jewelry is made to be worn, loved, and lived in. Because each piece is delicate by nature, breakage can happen over time. We’re happy to offer professional cleaning, repairs, and other services for all Maya Brenner pieces. 

We offer complimentary repairs within the first three months of purchase. Pieces purchased more than three months ago, or showing damage beyond normal wear, may be subject to a service fee.


To begin, please submit a Service Request. A member of our Care & Repair Team will be in touch within 3 to 4 business days.


For U.S. customers, this service includes a Maya Brenner Care & Repair Package. Please do not use your own packaging for returns. If you are located outside the U.S., submit your request and refer to your follow-up email for shipping instructions.
